Use the large cooking chamber for the direct grilling method, to sear, broil or cook steaks, chops, kabobs, sausages and vegetables. The small firebox for the indirect grilling method is perfect for roasts, ribs, large cuts of meat or fish fillets. You can use both chambers at the same time, just place the food on both of the large enamel-coated steel cooking grates.
Control the heat with the adjustable vents and watch the required cooking temperature with the built-in temperature gauge on the firebox. Collect gravy with the drip pan on the bottom side of the smoker and create tasty meat sauces.
The large storage area under the cooking chambers offer space for charcoal and other utensils. A working surface made of wood provides space to store plates or prepare your bbq food at a convenient height.
The BBQ trolley comes with an exhaust air pipe and two castors. So you can easily move your smoker around the garden.

Es gab nen paar mängel bei der verarbeitung vom material und das Thermometer passt nicht ganz in den deckel
