The monzana® bicycle assembly stand is perfectly suitable for all bicycle models, especially E-bikes. The solid construction is made of cold-rolled, powder-coated Ø 55 mm steel and can support loads of up to 50 kg.
The plastic elements are made of high-quality, impact-resistant ABS. In addition to high safety, emphasis was placed here on simplicity and speed. All movable elements are either equipped with quick-release clamps or attached to the main support arm with a large wing nut. You can align your bike precisely and do all the work quickly.
With the assembly stand you also get a handlebar or front wheel fixer included. This is extendable from 50 to 90 cm and can be flexibly mounted with the elastic rubber strips. It can be mounted between the saddle and the handlebars as well as between the assembly stand and the handlebars or front wheel. The gripper is suitable for bikes with a frame thickness of 30-70 mm and prevents scratches on the bike frame thanks to complete rubber coating. It can be rotated through 360° so that you can work in any position.
While working, the telescopic rod, adjustable in height between 104 and 159 cm, keeps the wheel in the air. The frame is held in place by an adjustable clamp. This allows repairs to be carried out at eye level for a better overview. The comfortable working position is also easy on the back and knees.
Little space in your garage? No problem! The well thought-out design of the feet of the assembly stand ensures a firm stand without tipping over. They do not get in the way of your work and stay in place thanks to the rubber feet. When not in use, the stand can be easily folded up and stowed away to save space.
The assembly stand has a magnetic tool tray so that you don't lose the nuts and bolts while working.
