Ho acquistato questa mannaia con qualche dubbio, ma dopo averla utilizzata devo dire che mi ha davvero sorpresa. La lama è robusta, ben affilata e taglia carne, verdure e anche alimenti più duri con facilità. Il manico è comodo da impugnare e dà una buona sensazione di sicurezza durante l’uso.
La qualità dei materiali sembra ottima rispetto al prezzo e anche dopo diversi utilizzi la lama mantiene un buon filo. Facile da pulire e molto pratica in cucina, soprattutto per chi ama preparare piatti che richiedono tagli precisi e veloci.
Consigliata sia per uso domestico che per chi cerca un utensile affidabile da usare ogni giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Been using it for some time now, very strong and has great quality. Very sharp and easy when cutting

Bigger than I was expecting. Heavy.
Heavy all around, but i dont find it difficult to use. Sharp, but not used too much and only for boneless meat & veg, so far.

As a cleaver, this is reasonably light-weight, but it should be fine for occasional home kitchen use - I tried it straight from the box on a pork chop bone and it did fine, no damage to the blade.
As a Chinese/Asian cook's knife it is very (too) heavy and thick.
Looking at listings on Amazon, the two names are used almost at random and reviews show that people get confused.

Sembrava ok ma dopo 2 settimane di utilizzo e tutto macchiato di ruggine ...non credo sia giusto ...sconsigliato
