The beer sausage is a traditional boiled sausage flavoured with pepper, nutmeg, coriander, spirit of wine, mustard seed and garlic.
It goes particularly well with fresh, crusty bread. We highly recommend eating the sausage with spicy mustard. Cut the sausage into small pieces, spread on bread or prepare savoury sausage platters.
Whether eaten raw, processed in a delicious sandwich or in a fine potato salad, this sausage is a must in every pantry.
